Okay how about vintage Sci Fi films? Like the kind of vintage Sci Fi thatโ€™s not trying to be funny but ends up being kind of hilarious.

Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Yes!

The original twilight zone is the best series to watch.

I used to love these , some weird ones for sure

I love it. Rod Serling was a genuine genius in the realm of morality.๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ™Œ

if you want something more real:

Evil Dead, the ones from the 80s. Classic horror, but ends up being hilarious.

Mystery Science Theater 3000, The Movie ๐Ÿ˜

Videodrome, its a Cronenberg film

Had this one on our list for a while, might need to dive in tonight ๐Ÿค™

Not exactly vintage, but definitely lesser known ๐Ÿ˜‚

Howard the duck

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians

Donnie Darko

Them!

Phase IV

The Lawnmower Man is a must watch

Gunbuster (1988)

John Carpenters, โ€œThey Liveโ€ starring Rowdy Roddy Piper. It could basically be an allegory for becoming a bitcoiner and is so fun and corny. Also contains one of the best sci-fi/action movie one liners of all time.

Flash Gordonโ€ฆ the originals and the 80โ€™s remake ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Or early DrWho โ€ฆ I recommend Tom Bakers first episode

Enemy mine (1985). Not hilarious altbough 80s sci-fi films don't look convincing in 2024๐Ÿ˜ i really loved this film when i was a child and pre-teen. spoiler alert - be prepared to cry at least twice :)
