Once a month or every two months is going to be a goal of mine this year too. Just to go as long as I can. It just feels so good afterwards.

If you are pretty low in carbs the days before it will definitely help 👍

And if you feel like quitting, a hot cup of bone broth with a spoon of butter in it can keep you going 😎
