Best dietary measure is no alcohol. Before that low carb discussions don’t make any sense.

Alcohol is basically just sugar in a more poisonous form

When you dont have to disclose your ingredients list either, def more in there than we know.

I drink one beer a month on avg.

From a micro brew, only open twice a week.

Mfers forage some of their ingredients too 😂.

Fermentations are good for the gut if you dont overdo it.

Just because it’s bad doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. We have to pick our poison … plus the right dosage 😂

I had a beer tasting some years ago. They did crazy stuff there. I remember one that included cranberries. Can be fun
