You’re welcome. If you are interested in epigentics and aging, read David Sinclair’s work. I take more supplements than those I listed based on his recommendations.

Will do! 🫂🧡

Baby aspirin?

Low dose aspirin, usually around 80 mg for circulatory health.

Started today with D3, B6, liposomal C and magnesium.

Thanks for all your help and advice! Very much appreciated 🫂

Excellent! Report back in 1 month.

I often take Vitamin C + Zinc + Honey + Black seed oil as regular supplements. Mostly to improve the immune system, prevent the sickness :)

Water is crap where I live. So I bought a filter and some trace mineral drops to hopefully supplement recently.

People talk a big game about athletic greens. Tried it and didn’t taste good or bad. Health effects cannot say but a lotta people are on it.

Thank for sharing mate

vit. D if you live in a place where there is not enough sunlight through out the year or spend most of your day in the closed spaces,

Magnesium,

Ashwagandha and Rhodiola if you have too much stress in your life.

No supplement will make up for the lack of a varied, quality diet and prolonged sleep deprivation.

Always better to start from sorting this out.

Thanks mate

Great question with 1 million answers!

Wish I had some chickens and a cow ‘cause I eat a LOT of eggs and raw milk is amazing.

Then adding sprouts from wheat berries to provide complete nutrition (don’t taste amazing but make you feel amazing). Lots of fresh veggies and steamed greens + fruit. Add cooked foods for pleasure.

The body is super adaptable to various diets though. Just eat foods that spoil if you leave them alone. If they last for years + if bugs and mice ignore them they’re not really good food.

Thanks for the advice 🙏🏼

Most of the same of what is being recommended but I’ve recently added natakanese to the list.

Thank you! Will definitely use the recommendations

I like New Chapter for my whole food multivit. D3 5000 daily. Alaya multi collagen. SFH is the cleanest whey I’ve found. Garden of Life RAW probiotics colon care. If you’re going down the rabbit hole check out what these guys are doing to increase lifespan and prevent cancer…they have some interesting data https://novoslabs.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMItYbh39u1_QIVjC2tBh0WDwErEAAYASAAEgIQJvD_BwE

Thanks!! Will look into it

The best supplement is good quality organic food that is not profaned with any preservatives and chemicals. Second best is proper sleep. Third best is Sunlight.

Thanks for the proper advice

Shilajit

Collagen peptides, glycine, magnesium, creatine, vitamin D (only if you can't get natural sunlight in peak hours).

Thanks for the advice 🙏🏼
