Do you usually stretch after training? And dynamic stretching beforehand (with lower weights also) before?

I failed to stretch at all. I totally fucked up. I warmed up, but did not stretch.
Itβs good that you warm up. Try to incorporate stretching afterwards as much as you can. Recovery is as important as the training itself imo
