I need to get back into yoga, fucked up my calf yesterday trying to run again, awful cramp limped back to the gym. Still sore today. I will prevail over this malady.

Do you usually stretch after training? And dynamic stretching beforehand (with lower weights also) before?

I failed to stretch at all. I totally fucked up. I warmed up, but did not stretch.

Itโ€™s good that you warm up. Try to incorporate stretching afterwards as much as you can. Recovery is as important as the training itself imo

Yes, Ive been compressing my work out times to get back to work, and I need to be smarter.

Same. Instead of doing 5min stretching after I do 2min

For runs I normally just walk it off. A nice long cooldown in the sun. For lifting I tend to just lay down after. Lol
