Sure!

Nothing fancy

Shoulders

- Dumbbell Overhead Press 4 sets of 15,12,10,8

- Cable Lateral raise 4 sets of 15,12,10,8

- dumbbell burnout (45 reps of lat, front, diagonal raises)

Abs

- Crunches

- leg raises

- plank

- bridges (for Hamdtring and my lower back)

well done man. This week I finished a goal I set last new years. My first "new years resolution" in my life. "run combined 10 kilometers every week of th year". Almost EVERY week, I've been certain that would be the week I'd miss the goal, but I got myself out there each time. Too many weeks ending with a 10k on a sunday, lol.

It's been on snow and ice, its been on sick days, its been with back injury, its been on vacations or weekend trips, but its been done each of the years 52 weeks now.

Im thinking next year could be measure body fat once a week. Bit different goal, but wonder what motivation could come from that. Im not overweight at all, but if I cut say 3-4% and hit the gym a few times a week, I think I'd come out of 2025 looking a lot more like I should ๐Ÿ˜ You?

That's a great goal. You can do a lot in a year.
