It gets interesting, now Canada is also imposing tariffs. Politicians are like monkeys with knives, if Trump wanted the best for Americans he just had to:

- Reduce the burden on the state.

- Reduce taxes

- Deregulate

He has done the opposite, he has opted for tariffs which is the most communist thing you can do, since you think you understand all the components of the market and you decide for the market.

In conclusion, nothing is going to improve for the average human being, I am sure that the net of all this situation will be negative for the common Joe, maybe he will lower taxes but it will not compensate him for the rise in prices.

All the people including all American businesses who have inputs to their production that come from these countries. That is pretty much all businesses that produce material products.

I agree. I always liked Trump more than any other, but I think he's acting like a statist in this scenario.

He is heavily paid for by Big Pharma. It is very obvious. He works for the corporations. I think multinationals will do well in Trump's high tariff environment as long as they suck up to his demands. Like usual, small business gets the shaft. He calls stealing from the people and handing it to corporations "creating jobs" but what it's really doing is creating serfs.

One good thing though is that everything he's doing - good and bad - is out in the open. People will have to make up their minds about actual real things, rather than just pledge allegiance to superficial nonsense while the deep state gets on with business as usual 10 layers beneath.
