Try mugwort tea or they make supplements. It helps promote dream recall and lucid dreaming.

if you want to remember dreams, and have somewhat crappy sleep, just eat high protein food within 3 hours of bedtime

for the most intense results, pork, veal, chicken, milk is kinda milder, but will make you remember dreams and not sleep so good

if you wanna go hard core and remember every dream and need to sleep the rest of the next day, just take some phenylalanine or tyrosine amino acid, those are the magic sauces that screw up your sleepy time arousal levels and cause dream recall

remembering dreams is overrated, Chuang Tzu was right

and probably the only way to guarantee it is OMAD giant beef stek in the morning with a side of eggs and a big tall glass of raw milk

I grow my own mugwort, I will have to try it. For myself, I believe there was a different herb giving less than stellar memory retention.

I am on a very similar journey in regards to the other herb 🌲💨😅

Cheers to mastering compulsive behaviors!

i recently trounced the agitating sour roasted bean... and its damage to my digestion was pretty bad, feeling much better

i say, if it comes down to bean vs flower kick the bean first

I've also given up coffee and caffeine in general. (And alcohol, and sweets, and started fasting about 20 hours a day). There have been some slip ups but in general I'm getting back to my un-chemically enhanced form! I find since doing all this work my sleep is better and I am getting sick a lot less. Who knew doing good healthy things makes you feel good and healthy?! 😂

Yup, I have been lowering my burnt bean juice too, down to a cup a day. I think I am done with the strong drugs in my system for a bit. I think I was 20 the last time I was without.

and ironically, you sleep less without caffeine, i think that is the most remarkable thing

I heard that caffeine simply takes energy from other parts of your day. I used it to survive in the trenches of 0-3yr old kids. I am hoping physical labour will pour me into bed each night

there is no such thing as caffeine deficiency syndrome, you will be fine, also, Godspeed

Weird one but if you eat high quality cheese right before going to sleep you’ll recall all of them
