Darn. Geo blocked. Hereโs an article about the video. https://www.travelandleisure.com/snl-southwest-airlines-ski-7100551
amazing:) thank you Brian ๐ will take a look now
Wasnโt it Southwest that famously grew by hedging fuel and scooping up all the best routes whenever oil price was high?
Pretty good synopsis Stu :) they actually focused on markets with demand and made them part of a point to point travel network which equals less routes and less aircrafts and they focused on fun, low price, and reliable travel. Strategy worked extremely well up until recently apparently -senate hearings. Their original CEO Herb Kelleher is quite a fascinating man with a very interesting approach too.
Interesting! Whatโs your drink of choice & what degree are you working towards? :)

thanks Jennifer ๐ gonna try my very best to finish the studies :)
What happened in December?
Perfect storm of events for them, basically the technology that enables them to perform is severely lacking especially when there is a blizzard ๐ฅถ
