Def an experience lol second day is the worst in terms of hunger and energy. After the third day, itβs all good!
Donβt exercise during this time as you will lose muscle mass instead of fatβ¦

I remember you mentioning that during yours. We'll see how mine goes. I'm doing a minimum of 3 days for sure and then seeing how far I can make it after that, up to 6 days.
I'm just going to veg out at home. Maybe take a walk every now and then. Though there is a Bitcoin meetup on the 3rd at a bar that I'll just attend for a little bit with a thermos of hot water π
In Ayurveda, fasting is ideal for kapha predominant constitutions. Generally, vata or pitta do better with a mono diet fast ( fruit or kitchari...)
Resting is part of the fast. It's a good time to reflect, journal, be in nature and meditate. Unplug π
