Anywhere in Japan is safe, clean, cheap. The only downside is few speak English.

Tokyo’s big, not sure exactly where the conference will be but I’d assume downtown so for lodging I’d recommend on or inside the Yamanote train line (it’s a loop)

Tokyo! All things are connected by train, so no need to be in the center. I would probably wait until venue is decided and have some nostriches post where they stay. Then go from there! 🐶🐾🫡

Hmmm as much as this plays on my OCD ok, I can wait.. just a little! I’m a control freak(if you haven’t noticed)so I need to start looking at everything from now 🤣
