I start with stretching my back (yoga style), then the usual pull-ups and push-ups, not many, just to warm up, and finally I do something with weights, either shadow boxing with 3 kg weights or just lifting 12,5 kg weights. The whole routine takes 30-40 minutes.
Yes, except on Saturdays and Sundays, because on Saturday is my sparring day 🥊 And on Sunday the day after I’m nearly dead and try to recover 😂

That is 🔥! I think 30-40 minutes every weekday can be enough, and it can fit into anyone's day. Do you eat something before?
Do you also do some meditation as well? I am thinking of starting that as well to do in the mornings.

No, I just drink coffee and start exercising. Also, this back stretching thing is a sort of meditation, but I don’t do anything extra 🤷🏻♂️
I agree! I really like after work, that I have a sense of satisfaction from the already achieved things.
It was one of the best decisions to start to workout in the morning.
