I can’t jump them after that leg day. I just do regular lunge jumps. Working towards the jump ones. Jump squats (ladder) and DB swings are killers

Squats + jump squats is a ladder. 5-5 then 6-6 then 7-7…all the way to 10-10. I do it with 50lbs DBs (2). That shit is spiritual brother 🀣🀣
