For me honestly it’s like what diet? It’s kinda a work in-progress atm, I am staying away from sugary foods and drinks

Paleo-ish, some carbs like sourdough or rice around workouts and stints of hard labour. Mostly single ingredient foods otherwise and protein/fat based meeals on either end of the day
Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet
meat, eggs, cheese, butter, tea, water
may try a month without the cheese and see if I notice a difference. Feel pretty amazing now.
Gut friendly.
Almost B-lion. The other foods are so infrequent and in so tiny amounts it can be rounded down to zero.
