Mixed. Cook all from scratch and organic where possible. My wife would be a veggie so the full carnivore was tricky to manage. I also run a bakery so surrounded by carbs and flour 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Paleo-ish, some carbs like sourdough or rice around workouts and stints of hard labour. Mostly single ingredient foods otherwise and protein/fat based meeals on either end of the day

Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet

meat, eggs, cheese, butter, tea, water

may try a month without the cheese and see if I notice a difference. Feel pretty amazing now.

Gut friendly.

Almost B-lion. The other foods are so infrequent and in so tiny amounts it can be rounded down to zero.
