The notifications on android are super useful, and implemented without any third party server.

Same for me. I am testing it with a throwaway account, but it limits how useful my feedback can be since this new npub doesn't have any connections already.
I'd feel a lot better logging into it with my main npub, and my feedback will be way more valuable, once remote signing is integrated.

The others, if they're reachable are probably just trying to connect - sometimes it can take a few seconds depending on network.
OK, but even if only 1-2 relays are connected, it should not say that error msg about "no relays connected".
