To me, it meant that you're using a corporation's product. X Corp. Don't depend on it. But, I guess it could also mean that Twitter is a freedom technology helping you defend your rights.

You become eligible to do community notes by some mechanism. I can see suggested notes and vote on them for example. I'm not sure if I can write them but I think you have to vote a bit before you are eligible to write them. I find seeing them without voting should be open to all.
