Bitcoin transfer - is a form of manipulation of money. Does this guy have any content that is not a clickbait manipulation?

Understood. Nuance is hard is a second language, and in English there is much potential for misunderstanding.
I guess you could call that ‘manipulating’ according to the first definition with the node example. But that is just to ensure the fungible properties of a healthy money.
Jeff was referring to governments controlling the ledger and ‘manipulating’ fiat money in an ‘unscrupulous’ according to the 2nd definition.
It seems to me its just your (and may this guys followers) interpretation if this term isn’t it?
