I’ve never tried to prepare this but my idea has always been to grind it up into pate
Super simple. Some pepper, salt and onions. In the pan for a few minutes and it's ridiculously delicious. I eat 1(500g) per week.
A little salt, in the pan with butter just long enough so it changes color. Much like a steak, it should't be too cooked and remain almost raw in the center.
Veal liver is the best.

My mom and my grandma before her made liver and onions and it was amazing. I’ve had it other places over the years and it tasted like trash. I need to find Mom/Grandma’s recipe to share with you.
