***Women have been forced to be more masculine, especially as a single parent. The men I’ve dated have unfortunately reinforced that dynamic. It’s so hard to find a man (like you’re stating) because they need to be in their masculine enough where I can follow versus be in charge. Love your post 🤗

I’ve had the opposite problem and maybe it’s somewhat geographical (I’m in the Seattle metro area which is a liberal stronghold) but the women I have dated are unwilling to follow the path I am on even as I’m explicit that I want to be the provider and leader. It’s frustrating and the complete opposite of how I grew up with my dad as provider / protector / leader.
The women I have experience with seem unhappy, unstable and listless while trying to lead and provide for themselves. But at the same time unwilling to change their path. Weird times.

You can say that a few more times.
