In what way is it catching up with you? Do you feel weak, not enough energy? Or are you having growing hunger pains/cravings?
Have you tried #carnivore? If not, I recommend you to try it for at least 60 days
It's basically "eat 'til you are comfortably full". No counting calories

A lot of my diet is Soylent and I find it very filling.
It's produced in Canada so I was looking for alternative brands overseas, but you would have to shop around your area to see who is making that type of product.
