It's real. I knew a guy who lived on it.
To hes credit he looked incredibly young for his age, but he would post these long emotional posts on Instagram with sensitive piano music in the background.
a dude I worked with 10 years ago used to get cases shipped to the office and drink it for breakfast and lunch. tasted like pancake batter, would not recommend.
