Thats wild. How long does that take? Just regular spoons? I became somewhat familiar with the concept after learning about the gateway experience stuff, but never actually heard of somebody doing it lol incredibly interested

It depends is the answer πŸ˜…

For me when I "first" tried it I got there in 40 minutes. I will say though that I believe I was taught how to do it at a party when I was a kid but that's a much longer story. So I had reason to believe it would work, that belief is an important part. I have a lot of experience in high strangeness let's say πŸ˜…

The other two who did it with me tonight were less successful. But even Sean in the video explains he was trying it for weeks before it got consistent for him

I followed this video: https://youtu.be/z9tBK3KcXvg?si=XZ_2zbD1ze37aICf

I meant more how long does it take you specifically to do what you did in the picture, even with you training and being naturally inclined.

Thats another reason I never looked at it much, I dont want to devote a significant chunk of time to something that just wouldnt work for me. I doubt it would. Although I have a friend that seems much more likely to have that gift

Either way, incredibly fascinating. Youre the first person Ive seen that I fully believe about this. You seem like a very genuine person

Thank you sir that's a very nice compliment, I try to be authentic because it helps other people feel safe to be authentic too πŸ₯°

That fork I got done before Sean even officially started the session, maybe 15 minutes? But I had been thinking how I really wanted to splay out the tines of a fork since I scheduled the event and I think that prior visualization was part of that success.

Afterwards I wanted to fold the spoon part of the spoon but could only achieve my loops. But the first session I couldn't do the fork tines so I think I just need to let the visualization intention cook more.

I think everyone can learn how to do these types of things. Some things might be easier than others for different individuals, but increasingly I firmly believe it's a natural human ability that's been conditioned out of us.

I notice theres a lot of physical manipulation in that video, is that just a part of learning? I didnt expect so much physical bending πŸ˜‚

Things are often not like in Hollywood. I believe some people can do it fully with their minds, indeed I've seen it happen and they let me put my hand on it so I could feel it happen.

I think the first step towards that ability (which I do not have.... Yet!) is using physical manipulation as training wheels. So it's not brute force, it's just light pressure. Luckily I am very naturally weak so I know I'm not brute force strengthing it 🀣

But the metal stops being rigid and starts acting like wet clay and you can just put it into the shape you're imagining.

Witch!

If you’re using your hands I don’t think that should count.

Consciousness is the foundation πŸ₯°

I just had an idea

Did you do that with your mind?!?!?!

The metal is softened with manipulating your consciousness/energy. This was done with a light pressure from my hands when the metal felt like wet clay. I have seen it done with just the mind so I think that is possible too, but this is only my third time practicing.

Okay honest question. Are you actually softening the metal with your mind?

Nvmd I see you answered that elsewhere.

To be fair, it could be much more complicated than that. Because what is even my mind? If the foundation of reality is consciousness, then there are many layers to us and perhaps it is more accurate to say this is done with the oversoul. I will say I see it as a full body process, if your mind was open but your body was clenched I think you would have trouble.

What do you feel when you do it? Are you asking it to move, or commanding? Does it make any kind of response? Does it seem like it has a mind of its own? Does it seem like maybe it's not really there to begin with? Do you feel any sensations? Tingling anywhere? Do you feel tired or energized afterwards?

I want to see you try it.

I think everyone should try it! I think we're all capable of a lot more than we realize. How do we know for sure if we never just check to see if we have superpowers πŸ€”πŸ˜Š

The way McNamara leads the class we meditate to get centered and go within oneself, I would equate this with Focus 10+ in the Gateway Experience tapes language. From there, we raise our energy via controlled emotions. So put on super hype and happy music, think of the happiest moments in your life, try to capture a pure childlike joy. We do shout "Bend!" But I find it's not super necessary to shout, and it feels less like a command and more like excitement. I often find myself thinking wouldn't it be funny if this worked, wouldn't it be such a silly game if I could make it bend like I'm imagining it.

I don't feel as if it has a mind of its own really. I don't really think the spoon makes any kind of response. I hold it and focus on how it feels in my hands, the weight, the stiffness, even the air touching my hands where the spoon is not. My hands, the spoon, and the air are all ultimately expressions of the universal consciousness so maybe it's the case that none of us involved have a mind of our own, what a silly joke!

In terms of sensation, I feel "chills". So if you've ever had someone say something you were just thinking, or being part of a crowd that suddenly sees their sports hero win the game, or seeing a really beautiful sunset. There's a shiver that goes up your spine that I interpret as the energy rising. So I will get a full body flush of tingles and then I test the spoon with a light touch, if its ready it will bend like wet clay. I usually have to test it a few times before it's actually ready. If you've ever had to sneeze it's similar because you need to feel that tingle in your nose before you can look at a light or whatever to help the sneeze along.

Afterwards I usually feel tired but also fired up, like I felt getting off of a shift at a restaurant. Like I'm tired but also need to watch dumb TV for an hour before I could hope to fall asleep. Usually I crave something salty and high in vitamin C and typically have a few mugs of chicken broth with lemon juice it's really weirdly satisfying at that time.

I have a lot of theories about this stuff, and have had a lot of weird experiences. I hope this answers your questions and let me know if you have any others πŸ§™β€β™€οΈπŸ₯°πŸ§™β€β™€οΈ

Interesting stuff! Especially the craving salty/vitC/chicken broth - that might be a clue to how it works.

I can think of two ways that might make some sense... Maybe you're shifting structure in a broad sense, and losing the thing in yourself that gives molecular structure to the water inside you (blood) - salt as an electrolyte regulates a lot of bodily functions, simply by having more or less saline blood. Another idea is that the action of changing an object mentally requires some flow of electricity, and the easiest donor of electrons ubiquitous in your body is the Cl- ion, again from salt. Idk, I'm spitballing ideas. Would you be interested in doing some experiments? Try things like eat a big meal before, eating normally once and then eating those foods you crave another time, and keep a log, and just test anything you can think of.

Unrelated, but I'm convinced my grandma is a legit psychic. I think she mentioned it once, but yesterday I think she proved it. While we were talking, she kept appearing to be distracted by something in the vicinity of my stomach. I thought it meant I'd gained weight... Well, I have a spot in my gut that's torn, and it causes pain. I know its torn there because I can see it in dreams or meditation. When I brought it up with the doctor, he just sat there and gaslit me, like he always does. Anyways, there's no pain today and I can see that its significantly healed. Still there, but better. So... I think my grandma did something with her mind. Lol, re-reading that is painfully ridiculous. But I do think these things can happen, so why not.

Yes, I'm down for little experiments! I have a lot of weird experiences and notice themes on what makes this more likely. I highly recommend Robert Becker's The Body Electric because he proofs the concepts of the Γ©lan vital which is the electromagnetic forces within the body (and throughout the universe) that drive regeneration and healing (and I believe other powers). Very related to what you hypothesize here but it gets into the nitty gritty biology of it all.

For what you suggested with testing eating, I do notice I have more abilities when I am in a fasted state. After a big meal I usually won't have an experience no matter how hard I try. I have a "biological primer" that I've shared with folks in the Flight Club Practical sessions if you're curious I can share it with you it's only a page long with various things I find helpful to raising the energy and having an interesting experience.

I don't think anything you wrote sounds ridiculous. Why wouldn't an elder want to heal their progeny with their love? It sounds like not just your grandmother has psychic abilities, but you do too if you can see your health issues in dreams and meditation.

(I do think we all have these psychic abilities, but that's not to say you two aren't special just to emphasize how not ridiculous this is to me.)

Yeah its just the programming from society. What's funny is that scientists are often way more "woo woo" than the public, and you can see them almost pleading with the skeptical public to take this stuff seriously. Planck and Oppenheimer are two very notable figures in that theme. But yeah, the programming is a big barrier even if you know it's real (for me, at least).

Yes, of course I'm interested in that biological primer! Do I need to join Fight Club to see it? Gotta admit, I'm curious about that, whenever I see you mention it.

Flight Club is hosted by nostr:nprofile1qqsp2j0df0n36xnsagku53vke5x9f3s6afy9cmjwt2x2gcm43jvd6jsppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy08wumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttsw43zuam9d3kx7unyv4ezumn9wshsz8thwden5te0dehhxarj9e3xjarrda5kuetj9eek7cmfv9kz7zm45up it's a long running study group centered around his fantastic research. Currently we study the Law of One, that group meets every Sunday at noon EST.

I suggested doing a Practical component, basically a meditation / study group around exploring the actual abilities or siddihs that I believe we all can develop. We're currently going to take a break on that part of the group, but may resume sometime in 2026.

I do think the philosophical component is more important, as controlling our intentions and understanding are important to using the abilities for the greatest good of all. For example, you can use emotions like deep anger or sadness to fuel the experience but that will call in the attention of entities that feed on those emotions. Controlling yourself and using happiness and hope calls in the attention of the good guys which will make your overall experience more positive. No one wants to go over to the dark side.

I'll DM you with the primer let me know if you have any questions πŸ₯°

Oh yeah, Law of One. I think I listened to the whole thing... Monroe Institute had it on their website. I don't remember much, though. Funny voice. I am Ra!

It can be challenging to understand due to the specific vocabulary choices but it’s got a lot of stuff that is validated across many sources which all tie together in a consilient way.

The β€œI am Ra” bit is most likely a Golden Rule move to let others know who is communicating because in higher densities/dimensions/planes communication is telepathic. Telepathic communication is like being on a 24/7 conference call with everyone.
