I bet most people sleep in rooms that are too warm. My sleep improved a lot by sleeping in a cold room. We don’t use any heat in our bedrooms in the winter - just blankets instead and I sleep like a rock. In the summer there’s a noticeable difference between when we don’t run ac and when I have ac on. nostr:note19tjz77xztcc5t8c9r0vt4g58rkunxcjg8vrws42wlghmp24zna8s0hw35h

I finally set the schedule on my AC a couple days ago to cool down a couple degrees around bedtime. It's really nice.
Needs to be cold or I won’t sleep well. I can’t deal with a warm room in general. Ice box and blanket please!
This is the way!
I try to keep it around 60 in my bedroom. So much easier to fall asleep.
Yep
Hot climate problems, I have to wear socks in the winter not to spend an hour trying to get asleep with cold feet.
I sleep at 65-67. Can’t do it any other way.
Yes, cold. Lower the temp a few degrees to sleep.
I don’t know. I’m pretty cold-natured. I feel like I’m 🥶 at 65F. Being warm feels more cozy to me. I’ll sometimes even through my comforter in the dryer to warm it up and then snuggle under it while wearing sweat pants and a hoodie 🛌. It feels like I’m in heaven.
Yeah 🥶🤙
100%. And preferably natural. No air con. I live in Costa Rica. No win so switch between the two
I wish my wife would buy into this. I’m super down for it. I way prefer warming myself within a cold environment.
