Come home mate, Johnny Foreigner can be a little distasteful, don't you know, what
It is different until US people wake up π
Welcome to this time zone. π«
Does it also give you a different perspective?
This is Nostr quiet time.
The US is going to bed & Europe is waking up.

Joe, I'm here, in this time zone.
I found that whilst in Mexico recently as opposed to the usual UK feed I see.
Joe, man, get away from the screen, take a look around the City of Angels, and explore the wonderful culture there. Travel is one of the wonderful things in life. Time is only a man-made construct anyway. Grab some Somtam, a cold beer, and find yourself a bit of 'company'. If not, then never fear NOSTR is near, like the 7-11 in Thailand. π«°
I feel ya on this
Iβm in the USA , but I work overnights and sleep during the day
So I may as well be on whatever time zone your inπ€£
Where you at ?
Ditto! American up at 3AM before off to work. π
There are some people I barely get to interact with here. happy Newfoundland morning time Joe.
I was using Nostr a lot in Mexico and then coming back to Germany I basically canβt interact with the majority of people I interacted before π
Would you recommend Thailand? I'm looking for places to visit, for 1 month or longer. I've heard great things about Thailand. Never visited mainland Thailand but spent a week in Ko samui. Fantastic place. βοΈ
Years ago I worked for 6 months in a timezone with 12 hours difference.
Not seeing anything new during the day on social media, news sites, etc made me check it less, which made me feel much better. A habit that stuck with me when I came home.
Social media and the 24h news cycle can crush your spirit if you let yourself get addicted to it.
