Day 5: Rest - one of the most important days

Day 6: 4 mile run. Man I’m slow, maybe I’ll get back to a solid 10min mile, but it’s not where I am right now.

Running slow to get faster. This is the way

💯 staying in an aerobic HR zone for these slogs, and then will eventually incorporate “pace” work where I want to be in the 9-9:30 range.

Yes 80% low HR training and 20% diverse harder training impulses worked best for me

Nice! Keep it up!

Day 7: whoops! Missed my 3 miler, but it was Mother’s Day, so I had important things to do!

Day 8: 30 mins of running, actually hit a 10:30 pace so I was a little surprised at that, maybe the extra rest helped.

Here’s this week’s plan #runstr #runningnostr #proofofslog

Day 9: missed!! Traveling for a fiat job is making it hard this week, missed this day but hope to make it up on Friday

Day 10: 4 mile pace run. You can’t tell from the overall pace, but at one point I hit a 9:30. Slowly but surely

Nice work! Keep it up.

Day 11: did my 3 miles, this is where the accountability of posting helps. I had 45 min between work and taking the kids to sports where normally I would have just sat around. I quickly threw on my shoes and went out for my run 🤙 squeeze it in wherever you can.

Day 12: did the 3 miles I was supposed to do on Tuesday. All caught up now.
