eat loads of fats and if you are like me then if you don't also add fibre you get diarrhea and that kills the calorie absorption
somewhere between 100-200g of fat for a 75kg person, that's ~ 3-6oz fat per 150kg person if you imperial

Raw cheeses, milk, and whenever you are cooking add butter/ghee to it. Eat a table spoon of coconut oil when you feel like it too.

I do get carbs in my diet such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, bread or plantains and then like some the comments say, honey, milk, kefir, Greek yogurt, eggs and fruits are nutritional and delicious too

Np! If you are losing weight aka muscle mass, consider consuming more beef. Let’s say, instead of a pound a day, do pound and a half

I’ve started making pemmican for food on the go/energy bars.
It’s basically just ground up dried lean beef mixed with rendered tallow. I also add salt, dried fruit that I grind, and ground nuts like pecans & almonds.
Press the mix in a dish overnight then cut it up to individual portions the following day.

Maple syrup + raw milk is healthy and anabolic. If you dont eat maple syrup raw honey works too.
