Think many exclusionary dietary changes are for the better. The first principles on it seem to be the bad things excluded (e.g. sugar, processed foods) that are a root cause of the health harm. On the flip side, and this is the value hack; after excluding garbage, what we are taking into our organs, blood stream, bodies?

Red meat contains some vital nutrients more pound for pound, except maybe fiber:

1. Complete proteins, all nine essential amino acids, a compete protein source - so will def help with muscle health.

2. Heme Iron, more easily absorbed than non-heme iron. Iron is essential for red blood cell production and fights infections.

3. Vitamin B12 - essential for red blood cell production and neurological function, vitamin B12 is almost exclusively found in animal products, including red meat, and is absent in vegetables.

So much more such as Zinc, Creatine, more Choline etc…

Think 2025 is going to be a carnivorous year ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

Agree with all of that except one small bit:

Red meat doesn't contain some vital nutrients - it contains ALL of them. Fiber is unhealthy for humans in any amount - the notion that it's healthy let alone "essential" for us is a textbook scam narrative from the plant lobby/Big Pharma cesspool who profit from people being addicted to carbs and sick as a result. Here are a few good resources for the truth on fiber 👇

Have you found any particular cuts or, more importantly, reputable companies that you have vetted the provide higher quality meats, compared to the broad range that is available?
