The sudden rise of dementia and Alzheimer's in the 70's that continues to grow substantially to this day wasn't a random fluke...

It’s worth being careful with claims like that. Dementia and Alzheimer’s didn’t suddenly appear in the 1970s; diagnosis, longer lifespans, and better reporting changed dramatically around that time. When people live longer, age-related neurodegenerative diseases become more visible. That doesn’t mean environmental or lifestyle factors should be ignored—but it does mean the trend isn’t proof of a single hidden cause. Complex diseases usually come from a mix of genetics, aging, medical advances, and modern risk factors, not one secret event.
I said "sudden rise." They have experienced a very significant incline in recent decades have they not? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the statistics on this
Yup. Better be careful when making claims about life saving advice /s.
I mean eating natural animals fats that other animals will eat instead of something that literally nothing will eat even if you leave it out in the yard is probably a safe, intuitive way to not let our own over analysis be our downfall.
Sometimes things are just that simple. If nothing else will eat it, there’s probably a reason. Don’t have to dedicate years of study to make a decision.
This problem needs to be talked about more. Cholesterol is needed for good brain health but also good hormone health. Low testosterone is terrible for muscle mass. How many falls and broken hips can be avoided if elderly people had normal hormone levels that prevent muscular atrophy? It’s all fucked and these criminal pharma companies profit from every angle.
I have this conversation regularly with my in-laws.
Refuses to go off cholesterol meds, but constantly ill.
Can't help those who refuse to be helped.
The right foods also play a preventive role here. Eat naturally. 🥩🥚🥦🥜🍎🫐
Avoid ready meals and ultra-processed foods.
I agree with what this man is trying to do and more people should be aware of the subject he's talking about.
In the following, I won't be trying to argue against him, I'll just give some corrections so when you use him as a source to build an argument, you'll hopefully repeat the correct stuff and leave out the incorrect stuff.
Napoleon I. died in 1821, so margarine had nothing to do with him, but it was indeed invented in 1869 in France, was made from beef tallow and was meant to last longer than butter.
It became complete and utter poison when made with vegetable oils in the early 20th century

Also, "one molecule" of difference does not confer any information, you'd have to either say "one atom" or "one so-and-so-group", like one hydroxide group. His example of ethanol and methanol, while correct, invalidates his own argument there, because the difference of one carbon and two hydrogen atoms means a good time with one and terrible health consequences with the other.
I have heard about the test of leaving butter and margarine sitting outside for a while and I would really like to test that some day.

Yeah my wallet is finicky like that 😄
I appreciate it nonetheless, though!
Know of any good self-custodial or at least KYC-free wallet better suited for zapping than Breez?
Can’t zap your post.
Thank you for trying! My wallet doesn't really work for zapping because it has a minimum and fees all over the place - it's self-custodial and KYC-free, though 😄
If you know a lightning wallet that's KYC-free and able to handle small amounts, let me know and I'll check it out 👌🏻
Not sure anymore, I use Primal. I played around with running my own lightning node but it was too much of a hassle, now I use Phoenix. I tried setting up an alt account using Cashu but I couldn’t get it to work and moved on to other activities.
Fair enough, I don't zap on Primal because of their KYC thing, for that I use Amethyst because it simply opens your default lightning wallet with an invoice pre-loaded, which is probably the best feature Amethyst has, overall UX is rather middling there 😅
Cashu I can't seem to trust, I don't fully know what it is but they always talk about minting and vibe coding, two things I don't want to do, except minting my own silver coins with the Gadsden snake on them 😄
Yea, apparently I started using primal before the kyc thing. Which is why I tried cashu with a new client. I only need minimal trust for my spending wallets, and I like to try out new things.
I was going to zap this but I forgot...
Let's get this guy on nostr!
on a separate and completely unrelated note:
what a king
Also unrelated flouridated water supply. Mass saturation of EMF/EMR everywhere.
