Before there was USDC, there was Circle, started in Boston in 2013 by Jeremy Allaire as a short-lived retail bitcoin exchange that competed with Coinbase.

The real question is why couldn’t you onboard her with CashApp or Swan? Bitcoin only services are far better, especially for those unfamiliar/unmotivated to self-custody
Somehow I have zero luck getting my friends to use Sean and have only had luck getting bartenders or servers to go with Cashapp. My friends all seem to end up using Coinbase or Gemini. I need to rethink my approach.
