Or worse: attempting to legalize that the kind of boots you wear are the only ones that can stomp
In "Gulliver's Travels," specifically in the land of Lilliput, the two tribes, or factions, are primarily in conflict over a political dispute regarding the proper way to break eggs.
I don't care how you break them, but you MUST remove them in an alternating pattern that keeps the carton balanced, rather than leaving a bunch of heavy eggs in one end.

This is one of my favorite *-pills to drop on people.
Not only is it better for balance - you never have a carton fumble and drop - but it's also mildly mentally-stimulating. Removing eggs goes from being a rote task to one where you get to solve a tiny, satisfying puzzle with each move.
