Nostr is pretty much malware

And nostr users are obsessed with Lightning which is just plain malware, not even "pretty much"

And aren't you into the "cashew" malware or whatever? If you took this screenshot, probably means someone less malwarey than you should have been representing nostr here

Did you check If you're brain isn't a malware?

What the fuck are you talking about, retard?

Did you think about what this meant before typing it or do you just pick words based on weighted dice rolls like an LLM?

Well you just confirmed it is indeed a malware

Genuinely curious how any of that is malware.

Nostr: based on the Jack Dorsey echo chamber malware model, uses JavaScript, has no data integrity assurance

Lightning: fake Bitcoin

Cashew: fake Bitcoin

This is not a delayed april fools?

Next is GitHub.

Hi calle ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ Classic move from the centralized world, but this is why we need decentralized communication more than ever. Itโ€™s time for solutions that align with Bitcoinโ€™s values censorship-resistant, open, and free. Letโ€™s keep building the infrastructure that supports true freedom.

Actually good thing it happened

Fuck Google. https://listmonk.app

nostr should be perfect for this but tooling leaves a lot to be desired

Agreed to both

What is needed?

TL;DR the bitcoin mailing list needs:

- dependable archives

- email and web forum

- moderation tools

- low maintenance burden

bitcoin-dev belongs on nostr. What is stopping us from making Delving Bitcoin but with a public relay for a database?

not really, because on Nostr notes are structured around users and not topics. it could be fixed, but then we also need some sort of moderation system to mitigate the attacks we know will emerge. fortunately i designed just such a system years ago. #opengroups + #peercuration

Yes back to safety ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

they can just use nostr.

this was predicted the moment they migrated to google

Woah! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

It was just a matter of time. Nostr can and will fix this!

That didn't take long. Isn't *a vibe coded solution on Nostr* the logical solution for the mailing list?

Am I saying this right fellow kids? Vibe yo!

I see Dmail coming. ๐Ÿคฏ

Late april fools joke or legit?

While Coinbase phishing emails are freely flowing into our inboxes ๐Ÿ˜น

When nostr?

Moving the mailing list to Google was such a shortsighted move

embarrassing to say the least
