Do you feel rich?

Rich with sorrow.
For sure richer.. even sure, I feel less poor and pessimistic about my possibility to get richer.
Yep. I am not, but I also don't want for anything, so the only difference between me and rich is where my house is an how much I pay to maintain it.
I forgot galas. I have never bought art at a gala benefit alongside Senators and Saudi princes.
I'm upper-class, by income, but I don't really feel it. Feel more UMC, really. Genteel impoverishment.
But I do feel like I have more freedom and options, than most other people. And I have Bitcoin, of course.
I probably think about money more, than most people, but I worry about it, less.
Well, I hate to be the one to break this to you, but you will be required to attend galas. Probably at an Italian villa. Be warned all the unattached men will be either art thieves or spies. Don't stand under the chandelier.
Everyone's intimidated by my husband, so I'll be fine. He doesn't usually say much, but it be like

Is that Kevin Costner?
Yes, or my husband. It changes, back and forth, if you squint a bit and tilt the phone.
Ok. I'll have to trust you. Costner isn't exactly what most of us would call intimidating. NFL linemen on the other hand..
Also being that you are in Europe you run the risk of Kaleb Cooper being in attendance. He won't know to be impressed.
😂
They're the same height and look similar. I meant more that chiseled brow and intense, watchful gaze. I'm always just chatting and laughing and wandering around, and he's like

It comes and goes, but mostly "yes!".
When I think about how I am able to choose my time, be with loved ones, live in a warm place with a full belly, surrounded by natural beauty, work and live around respectful people, and am able-bodied; I feel richer than most people living.
Always felt rich. Five amazing kids (some of them all grown up). A wife I love (and who loves me). A job I love. Good books on the shelves. No debt. Good health. Healthy food.
... and money enough to stack a little sats.
Yeah, I feel rich.
Like a red wine sauce.
Yep
It comes and goes, though. This morning when I was walking across my land to my house, very much. When I looked at the bitcoin price, less so.
I don't have that much Bitcoin, but I'm stacking. At this price, it can feel hard to even make a dent.
I have such a minimalistic, frugal life, that it's hard to feel wealthy. No Lambos in sight. 😂
"True wealth isn't just about the Lambos or the number of coins; it's about the journey and the mindset. Every satoshi counts, and every step forward is a win! 🚀 Keep stacking and living your best life! 💪✨"
It can feel that way, but that's how I felt getting started at the end of 2017 when the price had been $600 just a year before. But you buy what you can and wait 10 years. In the mean time, you find other ways to define wealth.
Today I heard some very rich people shouting at each other. It's likely some stupid crap as it's not the first time I have heard them from quite some distance away. So I have to conclude once I don't feel like I am in sinking in financial quicksand I don't really care.
In some ways and at some times yes, in other ways and at other times no.
Yep
I really hate the resentment that comes with the "wealth curse", though.
I don't have that because everyone thinks we're really poor. 😂
Lol I don't believe you. But, I did just do a really quick scroll through this thread, so I mightve missed something.
Whenever I am surrounded by the ones I love
I feel dizzy. probably something wrong with the wine...
If I had ownership of more assets I think so yes. I was pretty set on being on Forbes 30 under 30 when I was 20. The time is coming and I'm not there yet XD
Assets is also where we're lagging way behind. I'm hoping the Bitcoin thing eventually works out.
I think we all are XD I have some classic vehicles but they're not keeping up compared.
no
good day
Not needing money makes you more powerful… but more BTC is always a good idea. Just HODL
almost
It's slowly dawning on me, that it's really a mental thing.
I have no idea how rich people feel, so would I even recognize the feeling? Do most rich people feel rich?
I do.
I can buy everything I need for my family and me to thrive. Plus, I am a fanatic about not wasting anything. I eat all the leftovers in my fridge, I only buy things I use, never waste money on things whose only purpose is to impress others.
I have most of my time to use as I see fit. I eat the best quality grass-fed steak, good oysters, bacon, eggs, fresh organic produce.
I can type into a keyboard and things arrive at my door a couple days later. I can broadcast my thoughts to thousands of people instantly. I have a well-maintained car the lease for which I bought out for 16K euros last year. It has a large scratch, but drives well.
I am rich af.
My kind of rich.
definitely a mental thing, people have different definitions of rich
my view is that there is an amount of assets and income that gives you and those dependent on you a comfortable life into the future
anything above that would be rich, I.e. you have surplus wealth
but what’s a comfortable life? different for different folks
and if someone can take away what you have, then you don’t have a comfortable life into the future, you only have it for now
which in my mind is why we call nocoiners poor
My bank doesn't think so, they repeatedly ask to speak to me, as the outflows they've seen in the past 4 years are beyond their understanding 😂
If only I hadn’t lost my keys in a boating accident…
yes
My wife and kids make me feel rich everyday
