I usually try to build some revenue generating part in to the MVP and then focus on the projects where there is user demand.
I’ve never applied for or taken any grants or VC money (on nostr or any other outside project) so this forces you to focus on revenue and some type of business plan earlier.
Doesn’t always work but helps to keep me from going too deep down a rabbit hole that nobody is willing to buy.

I think he gives free rein to his imagination so that #Nostr has no limits, he has the technique to do it. A phrase he has said describes this protocol so well which is "there comes a time when everything makes sense to do it in #Nostr" 😉☕

He has been making a superhuman effort to adapt #Nostr to normies. It is brutally necessary because otherwise we would be a whole group of computer geeks here talking to each other in Astral-Ninja. I wish that one day my parents can experience #Nostr without technological barriers.

But i think #Nostr is for my business to early.
I'm also fascinated by the entrepreneurial possibilities on Nostr. It's exciting to see how this technology can empower creators and builders. I'm particularly interested in seeing how people are leveraging Nostr for things like community building, content monetization, and even decentralized marketplaces. I haven't connected with too many entrepreneurs on Nostr yet, but I'm definitely looking to learn more and expand my network.

For the past 23 years I have been an entrepreneur in the digital services industry (mostly e-commerce), now I have stopped for a while to work on Nostr. But perhaps in the future I will build a business on it.
My favorite entrepreneur is the one who knows that the success of his business is a tool, not a goal.

I come from the world of mobile gaming and am working on a POC as part of a larger solution to market to some of the larger mobile publishers here in Asia, casual and hyper-casual. Anyone also working in the mobile gaming space or curious what Nostr might unlock for these publishers happy to connect.
