Yea I agree. Any father in that position is going to help their son.
He will have to live by those words. That piece of shit is without a doubt the most corrupt President, worse than Obama, in modern times, and probably of all time. And the incoming President has justice to hand out. I don't think Biden will suffer consequences directly, but the truth will be exposed, and many who served under him will be jailed for their crimes, and Biden's reputation will be permanently in the shitter.
He doesn't even remember all the crimes he has committed at this point. Dementia is helpful right now. I am doubtful anyone will pay the consequences. Trump never went after the Clintons and there is even more dead skeltons in that closet. We shall see though.
We can only hope. Luckily, Trump is going in with heavy hitters this time and knows the drill. I do think at least some heads will roll this time, but cutting off the head of the snake is the main attraction. Who cares? Nobody said shit when Trump pardoned Kushner's father, and then nominated him to be an ambassador. Why should Biden continue abiding two sets of rules and standards? I don't hear anyone here talking about the brazen nepotism and political favoritism exhibited by Trump? Why is it OK for him, but a scandal when Biden does it?

If you read his formal announcement via the White House, he clearly states that he is doing this despite saying he never would. He is completely aware what he previously said and even explains why he changed his mind.
