You should continue to question. Centralized medicine got the sun/cancer correlation totally wrong.

Science is always advancing and changing with new discoveries and knowledge. This is normal. I do get the feeling that more progress could be made with a decentralized approach to medicine.

A bit is good. We need the Vitamin D. You have to monitor UV Levels and avoid over exposure. I think good food is more important than sunlight.
