If you use roocode/cline AND goose AND claude code/codex

Let me know; I wanna ask you things

Background:

I’ve been using TENEX exclusively paired with roocode for the last 6 weeks and now I’m working on pairing it with goose and with Claude code as well, I have some ideas of what to do with each, but curious if anyone else is also exploring this

Repost for visibility pls or tag ppl you know might be on the deep end

I was exploring this a few weeks ago, I mean goose integrated in VSC through its plugin, you can set any LLM in goose. My experience wasn't very satisfying though, but maybe it was my fault. Then I switched to Roo Code and it got better, but I still use goose for some questions and it is still on my table.

What are you using goose vs roocode for?

Goose for more general questions like some research and Roo Code for coding, its vsc integration is better. But I think Goose is also great for coding, paired with a good model.

Just few hours ago I thought, it would be great to write you and learn how you are working with a full team of AI agents 😅

I am just going deeper into this, so cannot contribute too much. But have some ideas I have started to implement. Which on a high level sounds like - I have a team of AI agents, they do development work async, where I just define github, linear, etc. issues and review their work (PRs).

Are you talking about the tenex-tools npm package?

I use Roo code mostly with Gemini 2.5 Pro, but also Claude Sonnet 4. I'd be happy to try TENEX out!
