[Well, I’m back from my mandatory holiday digital break 🤭]

When I say homemade, I mean homemade-homemade 🏡!!!!

Yesterday, I slow-cooked a juicy brisket (8 hours, baby), and today, it all came together in this glorious sandwich:

🥖 Homemade focaccia that’s fluffy and golden

💥My tangy, gut-loving homemade red sauerkraut

🐮 Tender, melt-in-your-mouth brisket (Pecho de Vaca)

🥚Homemade Egg+Ghee Mayo

🧀 Aged mozzarella + pickles for that extra kick (bought 🛒)

The result? A sandwich so good it might just make you rethink ever ordering takeout again. Who needs fast food when you can make THIS at home? 😏
