Sounds like me

I love pull-ups but definitely can only do a few at a time. Months ago I was able to do 10 at a time but now from lack of doing it itโ€™s back down to 4. Would be nice to get to 20 at a time but obviously it takes consistency.

10 full pullups is how I judge.

Should feel energetic and fairly easy.

I do them every day and I can guage where I'm at.

It's not a workout, just a measuring stick.
