Yeah, I cooked it in a white wine sauce with dates. It’s a nice flavor profile.

I overcooked the sauce a bit but otherwise it’s good. Need to spend less time reading Nostr when cooking from a recipe in the future.

Yeah, but I forgot to add the olives because I was distracted, and I let the sauce cook longer than it should and get too thick. So I’m probably going to make it again in a week or so.
