Can be

Either way, it looks amazing!

To celebrate the wrap of Tommy Boy, Rob Lowe took Farley to a steakhouse for dinner. He knew Farley loved steak, but he was shocked when the comedian ordered two porterhouse cuts of meat. “Upon each bite of the two full bone-in porterhouses he put an entire cube of butter,” said Lowe, reiterating, “On every bite.”

Lowe was horrified, but Farley gave him a pretty funny excuse for why each piece needed its own pat of butter. Lowe recalled, “He said, ‘It needs a hat.’”

When I worked at Ruth Chris's they had a vat of butter right by the service door. Every steak to leave the kitchen got a giant ice cream scooper full of butter. And all the guests loved how juicy the steaks were 🤣

Ah that sounds about right.

Checks out.

everything is better with butter, right?

🤔

Yes

Cottage cheese

Rosemary, garlic, and salt is good enough!

Try Beurre monté. It's a sauce made with just butter and water. The texture is less oily and clings better

Sounds fancy.

ya sure. ever tried dipping in honey?

lol what? I’ve dried rubbed it with cocoa before grilling, but no… honey sounds too much.

Don’t knock it til you try it 🫡

I can see a honey or even a maple syrup dip being an amazing twist on a steak and eggs breakfast steak plate.

Honey maxi worries me, but I’ll try it when I get a chance. It reminds me of when someone asked me to try spaghetti with ice cream.

The trauma from actually ice creaming spaghetti may be on you, not the idiot that recommended it. 🤣

He ended up not being an idiot 😳 he became a famous chef 😄

Nice! hahaha
