About 6 weeks after deletion request. Thoroughly recommend too. Had 1 weak moment when I contemplated logging back in, which was the habit showing up, but was easy not to do it as its so much better being off it.

Finally, hope more and more will get it.
If prominent and very known figures will opt-out from X, the reason to stay there will cease to exist.

Nostr is not yet a Twitter replacement for me... but I believe it will be moreso somewhen.
X is still eXit imo and I'd be OK with Bitcoin Twitter relocating here for real... along with the rest of free social media. Support the devs.
A great way to use social media is to establish accounts on all the mainstream networks, and funnel attention to nostr. Many Twitter folks are doing this now, and Reddit has a nostr subreddit.
I got abandoned for free speechin by twitter.
