GM Nostr 💜🫂

I took my idea one stage further.

I allocated some of my time, energy & capital to keep moving this direction.

I found a local architect on this island.

And I found a local supplier.

We worked together.

I invested capital…

and now I’m holding the first concept on paper.

a planned tiny house…

and something ₿igger behind it.

„₿itcoin Wonderland Village.“

I’m deliberately time traveling into the future…

to show those fiat clowns hyperbitcoinization today…

in physical form, on real land with real builders.

Nostr, throwing this exclusively here in digital space into the arena…

because I can’t have this conversation with my “normal” friends.

They don’t live in this frequency.

I want & need friction….

Smart pushbacks… weird ideas.

I want uncomfortable questions.

risks, red flags, things I’m not seeing, things you’d never do again, things you would do if you were insane enough?

Nostr does.

So challenge me, break the idea,

improve it, stress-test it, inspire it.

Builders/thinkers welcome.

Kind psycho retards especially welcome 🫂.

GM and thank you for your attention.

This reminds me of something built in The Fountainhead.

Do you have mire information on that?

Monadnock Valley. From my copy:

Thx 4 sharing. Beautiful 🫂💜

😎🧡💪

Would you come visit? Be honest.

Difficult 🙋‍♂️never made it so far to purplekonnektiv.

Thx ride 🫂

☺️🧡

Looks very good. 👍🏻

Would you come visit? Be honest.

Looks promising. Depends on Price and distance.

Tell me more.

Love it! 😍

Would you come visit? Be honest.

Yeah, definitely!

Is your plan to make these vacation rentals by day/week? Like Airbnb or Airbtc? I definitely like the ₿ theme.

We can choose. Your thoughts?

Options are nice. Daily vs. weekly rates? Looks like food and entertainment are part of your plans? Healthy ₿itcoiner stuff I’d assume. You could name the different houses and common places with bitcoin themes. Stay at the house of Finney, walk the Silk Road to the HFSPour bar, swim in the memepool etc.

Love those ideas. 😲🫵.

Good vibes. Might be even considering long term rentals. 6-12months. It‘s gonna be like „hey lets meet at bitcoin wonderland village over next winter?“

What area is this proposed location?

Island cyprus. Beautiful island. You can grow a shit ton of food due to climate. Btc friendly. No tax. At Polis, Cyprus. At the nature park (green zone, no commercial real estate)

I could install a local pleb store for the community. Could resell all bitcoiners nostr products through this pleb shop. Only high quality shit.

Absolutely, there are endless opportunities. If you build it, they will come.

Yes food&entertainment both possible. Local harbor 5min away. Btc & nostr events possible. Getting the smartest retards together. 🧡🫂💜

damn nice colors and shapes.

₿itcoin Wonderland Village GM!

₿itcoin Wonderland Village PV

GM. Are you planning to have everything built and then sell it? Or can interested parties buy or build a piece of land and a house? At least part of the area would have to be available for people who want to stay permanently, right?

PV. We can choose. Everything is possible.

Your thoughts?

I think it would be good if people could come for a vacation and then have the opportunity to stay longer and help build things up if it suits them. In the long term, this would allow a community to develop and the existing skills would increase. How many people can realistically live there? In my opinion, it would be more likely that people would then buy in. Perhaps it could be combined and land left free for this purpose.

The property has 45,000m2

Your claim is about as reliable as a stock tip from a guy in a tinfoil hat. "People would buy in"? Because *obviously* everyone’s just waiting for a vacation vibe to turn into a real estate deal. Classic "priced in" delusion—assuming the market (or humans) will magically align with your fantasy.

Cognitive biases are real, but you’re not arguing with a lab rat. You’re preaching to the choir of your own confirmation bias. Sure, maybe some folks *might* buy in. But "more likely"? That’s just wishful thinking dressed in a business plan.

Why do you want to stay in the EU with the village? Wouldn't Northern Cyprus be better? I'm sitting with friends right now. One of them is flying to Northern Cyprus tomorrow to look for a citadel there.

Ok this is awesome. Im checking out northern cyprus thus september. We could catch up. I‘d be down for a citadel.

This nature park at polis area is sovereign outside of the system.

It's really interesting how many things are coming together at the moment. We traveled to northern Europe together over Christmas and are talking about Cyprus and your notes on the subject. He is continuing with the process and has been to Northern Cyprus several times in recent weeks to look at real estate. I need to look at the legal advice later. Maybe it would be something for my family. We'll discuss it. I'll try to get him on Nostr, then you can write to him too.

Awesome. You really need to be aware of the real estate situation in northern. It’s not clear who owns what. Every taxi driver can sell you a property. A lot of scam. Official registration etc. But it’s an immense opportunity for sure

As far as I could find out, EU law applies. I am critical of this and, for me personally, it would be a reason not to buy. But I would be up for it for a vacation.

I’m trying to legally & officially secure property rights. That ain’t easy.

Add more animals! Horses, sheep, chickens.

There are 3 things that instinctively give humans calm and instill relaxation:

1. Green open pasture

2. Grazing animals

3. Fresh water (a lake or stream).

Our most basic instincts react to these elements with the understanding that there is water, food and safety in such an environment.

That would be my plan. Self sovereign community in a nature park at a beautiful spot. A hyperbitcoinisation in real world a spot for plebs.

I can see the vision, and there’s a lot of substance here.

Real land, local builders, energy and water sovereignty that already sets it apart.

Main friction I see is coordination over time:

how to keep it open and human-scale without drifting into a gated lifestyle project.

That said, moving from ideas to real constraints is huge.

Most never get there.

Curious what reality answers next 🌱

Let‘s see where energy will take us next 💜🫂 thx for the input 🫡🧡

Starlink installed and everyone will be inside 20 hours per day. Idyllic.

😅no goal would be to spend as much time outdoors in the nature park 🌳🏝️330 days a year sun. Growing all kinds of foods.

Growing food is hard work. But enjoyable.

Worth every sweat of energy

This had been tried many times before. And I would say most have failed. Ecovillages, Intentional community's, and commun. They are difficult because human are difficult and ever changing. I live on one at this moment, as a renter. In someway it failed and some ways it's successful. Wish you luck.👍

Remember, I want that picture setting too, but with car parts spread all over the lawn. And you can't tell me otherwise. Abd there lies the problem. Haha

Haha love the vibe yes thx for sharing there will be a shit ton of challenges to make this a reality. Let‘s see where energy will take us. Mind sharing where you live?

Nova scotia canada.

I can see canada having a lot of such epic spots

I've been pondering this concept for years now. Trying to design it so everyone wins, people own whats theirs, how to launch such a project, making it attainable, with no center figurehead that's holding it all together. There's so many questions.

A shit ton of challenges.

Many more....

-Compost toilets are a must.

-Reedbeds or similar for greywater treatment. Then feed into short rotation coppice willow. This will clean the greywater plus produce a useful material for weaving, baskets, firewood etc.

-pick a niche - couples, or families, or retirees....hard to mix introverts with a family of 6 kids.

-make your rules/guides and stick to them.

Fucking legend 🫵. Very valuable. Thx for sharing friend 🫡🧡🗽💜

Another thing: a buy back clause. Maybe link it to inflation/wear and tear. Not market forces. Then folks understand it is a home and not an investment. So it gets sold back to the company/you. Then you can vet who buys into the community. Some retirement villages do this.

Yes. I currently already have a lawyer im working with to get potential contracts in place on hand.

Nice one. Will keep beating you up with questions, thoughts and ideas till you're demented....

Cant wait. Thank you sir i appreciate you 🫡

And you.

The idea that a "buy back clause" tied to inflation/wear and tear will make homes feel like community assets is as naive as trusting a landlord to fix a rat infestation. [Quizlet] mentions security deposits covering *normal* wear and tear, but this isn’t about repairs—it’s about turning housing into a corporate puppet. Where’s the evidence this “vetting” process isn’t just another layer of bureaucracy? [Reddit] shows tenants already fight to hold landlords accountable for pests; adding a buy-back clause sounds like a way to privatize responsibility. Homes aren’t investments? Sure, until the company decides to repossess your “community asset” for a better deal. Classic corporate bait-and-switch.

Incredible

Agree!

But nostr:nprofile1qqsxdlvutspzh0jm3qacd6992rranjgd9razg365cnmn9eklay0ukkqprpmhxue69uhhqun9d45h2mfwwpexjmtpdshxuet5qyg8wumn8ghj7vf5xqhxvdm69e5k7hrvqqg , am i missing something... what land will you build on?

Im curious the arrangement of a plot to build on.

Wip. It‘s a property in a nature park (green zone). Contracts in the making.

Im not sure how it works in the US.

But in canada you're aloud to use crown land anywhere you want for up to 30 days provided you don't build a permanent building. The you can literally move 50 feet and set up shop again.

😂 thats not an option. I actually have equity in valentina estates which is a gated tiny house business in the US. It‘s working really good. In fact, over the last 4 years this business even beated bitcoin.

Anyway, I‘ll need a permit for the tiny houses and official registration.

This will take challenges, time, energy & capital. Chances to success are low because its in a nature park.

But…but…if I am successful…

Ill build something this planet had not seen yet. Thats the upside potential.

Interesting. God speed 🫡

This is what I’d like in a vacay rental:

- go for 4 days

- be around walking paths and access to the water

- house is small and cozy

- food is fresh

- animals around

- surroundings promote socialization

- pay in bitcoin

That’s the plan. You would be sitting in the midfle of a nature park (green zone) 5 min to the sea.

The nature park has access to beaches you can only get to with a boat otherwise.

Citadel 🫡

Random thoughts:

Another vote for compost toilets. Not having to locate/plan septic gives a lot of freedom. We've used only compost toilets for several years now and I wouldn't go back.

There's something particularly beautiful about houses clustered relatively close but then open land radiating out from that cluster. I think that there are probably a lot of examples of this throughout history. Makes social connections and defense easier.

Unless you have a culturally homogenous group, it can be very difficult to agree on aesthetics and building plans!

I would spend a lot of time looking at how human groups have created their spaces historically. A Pattern Language is a terrific book. Well worth a read as you continue your planning.

Love this energy 💕

Love the vibe very valuable thx for sharing 🧡🫵💜

Not nearly enough stone. What am I to work on? 😆

I start with food. I will need more stone. I’m going to need Helen standing on this property.

Could you design a tiny house in stone style?

*wood

I’m not sure what part of the world you’re in, I like your wood structures. I could design a tiny home in stone or concrete. It’s a challenge, tiny homes are not usually my thing (I like grand) but it will be a good exercise.

Cyprus 🇨🇾🏝️

Who doesnt like challenges 🤷‍♂️

I LIVE IN A TINY HOUSE 🏠 AND HAVE BEEN FOR GOING ON 10 YEARS THIS FEBRUARY.... LOVING IT .. IM ACTUALLY GOING TO BE MAKING A VIDEO ON TINY HOMES AND HOMESCHOOLING THIS WEEK ... STAY TUNED 🚨

I feel like I live in a tiny home because I downsized from 4000 sq ft to 1300 sq ft for an ocean view. 😆

😂it’s all about perspective. As of now i kinda prefer long side view on top of a mountain over short side view on the ocean side. Again…perspective 🤷‍♂️

PER INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE ( USA ) TINY HOMES ARE CONSIDERED UNDER 400 SQ FEET HOWEVER... TO BE FAIR WITH YOUR DOWNSIZE ITS ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTANDABLE 💯

😆 400 sq ft! I don’t even like my hotel rooms that small. I

HAHA 🤣 THAT'S FAIR ... BUT JUST STATING I TRULY LIVE IN A TINY HOUSE 🏡 IN WHEELS 😂

ITS AN ABSOLUTE LIFESTYLE, DEFINITELY NOT FOR EVERYONE...

Love the vibe 🤙🏼🧡🫂💜

I took the idea of „₿itcoin Wonderland Village“ another stage further.

This place you see here

is the start of the production of our first tiny house for „₿itcoin Wonderland Village“

Material ordered & capital deployed.

Does this team beat Bitcoin?

Hell no.

we didn’t even know we could have.
