Is there literally ANY wording in the SBR proposal that attacks p2p movement? Or are we just FUDing as usual because an entity is using bitcoin in a way we don’t like?

These guys are like “is this what bitcoiners have become? NGU at any cost?”

By that theory, you shouldn’t give af what laws get put into place. I thought you were a Cypherpunk. Don’t pay attention to the (non existing yet) laws then.

Literally lol

People have been saying for years that the game theory would lead to government adoption, and now that’s bad, apparently.

Bitcoin was always too good to be niche.

Leftist jew too pre-occupied with africans sending $5 around

It’s only “money for enemies” until their enemies actually get in lol

Yeah lol I was out on him once he called Bukele a dictator for jailing gang members that were terrorizing their citizens. Like ok?

It’s a threat to democracy to put violent gangs in jail.

He’s a fool lol

Jewstein 😂

Yeah, just don’t comply. They won’t be able to afford enforcement. The beauty of NGU.

Once the theft pillar is down, it’s game over.

What breaks the left pillar?

Breaking the right pillar. Can’t have one without the other.

Followed. 🫡

I heard (on a recent pleb underground podcast) that Cynthia lummus is proposing to make P2p transactions illegal.

Did they have any sort of source? That is not in her proposal at all.

not one rational argument has been made thus far. i am shocked they haven't fudded developers being targeted by feds. it feels like that's what they're implying but won't say 🤷‍♂️ and to me seems like a much more rational concern - but at the end of the day is still just fud because it doesn't inherently change the software on my nodes.
