recommendation: i love the zap button on each app release. i recommend go one step further: give me a toggle to auto-zap each app developer ( should be specific to each app as i might only want to zap certain ones) when i update, prolly via nwc connection 🤙

Why not?
imo, LN is already a protocol, NWC is Nostr+LN, currently i don't think there is any zapstore dependency on Nostr, so someone with just a standard LN wallet must get another wallet or do some extra setup. The ux with lowest entry barrier is the standard LN protocol, you pay an invoice with any LN wallet instead of just some of them or extra steps.
