Anti wrinkle cream 😌

Clothes that are too small, or worse, too big.

HAHAHAHAAHA

Synthetic is the worst imo. I don't mind slightly too big. With suspenders. Nice 100% wool pant. It's like jogging pants but classy

I can get behind this.

Once you go wool, you can't go back.

Too small indicates he doesn't see his wife for who she is. Too big means he held it up in a store, thought "yeah, that's about how big her ass/chest/thighs is/are" and insinuates that he thinks she's bigger than she is. Both can be triggering for someone with body issues.

Ah, we're talking when gifting. Yeah, I agree... I've often thought the same thing. I steer clear of clothes

"I thought it was pretty and I think you're pretty so I wanted you to have it."

A scarf. A necklace. Earrings. Those all apply and don't require sizes.

Excellent point.

All things I consider.

But I also bought a tailor's measuring tape too. Is it weird to meausre your wife when she's sleeping?

I guess as long as you're getting the measurements right it's not THAT strange. Then again, she doesn't know that you aren't measuring her for a hole so....make sure she gets the special drink before bed?

"LOL, for real! Gotta keep it on the up and up, ya know? But fr, what’s a special drink lookin’ like in your world? 🍹😜"

Not while she's breastfeeding. Maybe once she's done that.

No clothes for at least a year then.

Oh yeah, post baby body does not want anyone guessing what size it is usually.

Agreed. I've just taken to giving her little things every now and then. Those things include lego roses but not clothing.

A bathroom scale (father-in-law bought one for mother-in-law it went over like a lead balloon)

I thought of that one but I figured I would save it since I had four in my initial list.

Even the kid made ouch noises when she opened it

HAHAHAHAHAHA Honesty is a good policy.

My mum - hold yourself - talked about taking ozempic since there's no help in her 60s (she's healthy, alright, no thyroid and shit) and she served us thicc chocolate cake for dinner right after.

πŸ™„

Also, Ozempic is for diabetes, not for weight loss

Oh baby, you're not thinking shitcoin enough.

I don't think shitcoin at all...

Then you will never understand my mother.

I didn't even understand mine, so... 😸

Seriously I just triggered myself. Two covid jabs, feeding my kids heavily sweetened cake twice a day, playing hysterical victim in every life scenario and now this. It's just.. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

That wild. My condolences.

Stealing this phrase πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Perfect.

I know that's what it's for but it's only ever discussed in talks of weight loss, or at least as far as I've heard.

...and this book

I used to knit a lot and made people scarves and hats etc as part of their Christmas gifts for years.... Until someone gave me a "knitting for absolute idiot beginners!" type class as my gift one year. That hurt πŸ˜…

Oh, that's rude.

lol I hope she does not take it too seriously and you still have a wife before greeting the new year πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I did not buy any of these things for my wife. 🀣🀣

ppphhheeewww you're safe then waaaahhh πŸ˜‚
