osTicket. Used it in the past and it's really good. Zoho is also OS and liked that too.
For hosted non-opensource solutions I guess I'd say Zendesk.
I guess you could also use a nostr community as ticketing system. Makes me think maybe we need a new kind event and NIP? nostr.tickets
I would love to leverage Nostr, but a lot of my clients don't even know what Nostr is š
Hey, I'm just spit balling here with you, but this is a good idea. A Nostr support site for people to go and get support has a lot of upside potential. Clients could then integrate this into their apps for community support. I get DMs and emails from people with all of the major clients. We absolutely need this. I'd be willing to help as much as I can.
Ya Iām in too, already doing some of this & planning a business around IT support anyways.
Mmmmm. I was more thinking about my webhosting clients.
But I've tried to do a Nostr tech support thing in the past via communities, but communities don't really seem to have a lot of traction still. Making an actual tech support site would be a fun project.
Communities won't work because they don't have wide adoption and they are hard to use. If you're struggling with Nostr and need help you want a familiar setting.
I think it could work.
I'm going to have to think about this. Would be kind of cool to have like a wiki style FAQ for clients and then some sort of way of letting people log in and ask a question.
My queendom for a Kanban board.
I was thinking we need some guided onboarding site. With app guides / suggestions based on your device (android / iOS) and your location (US, Europe, Asia,...) in terms of available wallet options etc.
