The last time I had trouble, challenge in life, I recognised I was sick myself.
I mean. I took full responsibility for it and decided I needed to change.
The key though for me was that it was all repetitive patterns, even though I was blaming other people and thought it was righteous to do so.
The first time was okay. The second time was kind of right.
The third or fourth just felt like I was the one to blame. The repetitive situation with the same characters but different actors. As a bad copy of a copy of the same drama.
Anyway, the key is that I recognised I was sick and needed to heal.
I've been using Dr Joe Dispenza's work.
At first, as I am acquainted with it, I did it on my own, I mean no guided meditations. I just started listening to the huge playlist of testimonials in YouTube, very inspiring and lots of wisdom from common folk.
(Using Newpipe on my phone, nonstop, all day long listening to them)
Then, inspired by all of it, started to meditate.
I really recommend doing the breathwork in which you suck on energy from your spine to your pineal gland and then do the blessing of the energy centers.
When you suck the energy from below and create the ascending electric vortex in your spinal chord, memories and feelings of the past that are stuck there start to float up.
And they can be released. Because the things happening to me were patterns of vibration stuck because of trauma or inheritance, so each brain of my body had absurd softwares installed in them.
The breathwork just allows to pull it up so you can perceive it and release it with a good blessing.
Then whenever those centers are clean, there's space, potential has been restored because they don't "overthink" "overdo" or burn out themselves. There is plenty of energy reaching the pineal gland, so then, it is time to create. So it is time to ask yourself what would you do if you were free. How would you act? How would it feel?
The mere act of asking those questions begin to wire cluster of neurones that were asleep because I was in deep resonant trouble down below in my other centers, consuming and blocking all resources and energy. It's ideas and information. It's all mind.
(In-formation, what are we nurturing ourselves with?)
So after doing this everyday I got in love with the process.
You produce changes in you beyond your wildest dreams. Because during waking life, the neurons responsible for meta-cognition are well awake and trained, so you can tell easily whenever you are lying, overreacting, speaking to yourself narratives that are old and useless. Because when you imagined a vision of your future during meditation you knew what it felt like and you created brain pathways to resignify what happened to you. If the future is bright you have no one to blame because the "damage" you were dealt was perfect for you to arrive to said future. Y'know?. If the future is bright because the present became bright, then you had a perfect past.
Rollercoaster indeed, but perfect.
So anyway my dear Nostrian, I appreciate you. You helped me once I needed it. I remember. I will pray for you. Open to receive and be of faith.
Look within where there is all the answers.
A lot of Dispenza's work is available for free, torrent, telegram or YouTube.
Give it a try.
Tip:
Twice I did meditation with a microdose of mushrooms and it was amazing.
A couple if our brains, on top of the head, have to do with the hability to perceive the infinite, the unconditional love, the spiritual realm and also our hability to trust circumstances, to feel worthy. Most of the times we don't feel worthy and we are constantly suspicious of the things happening. That is we think too much and we think we know too much. But as McKenna said:
Worrying is preposterous. We don't know enough to worry.
And as a shaman said to me once: "now speak beautifully to yourself"
Man, I'm here for support if you need.
I hope your eyes are clean.
Your heart is creative.
Your feet put you where your spirit knows is best.
