Is Block trying to compete against bitmain or is this an entirely different project?

yes.

Mmmm.

Can you ask Elon to put one on every Starlink satellite? Make the network resistant to terrestrial instability and accusations of waste.

That and a Nostr relay, but now I am dreaming.

Is Block hiring?

If you making home mining profitable I will definitely buy it. But I did find some concerning Vulnerabilities in the hardware wallet your company made.

How many factory would be able to produce? Talking about centralized sources πŸ€”

nice

Amazing πŸ€™πŸŸ§

Congrats Jack!

I like it, Jack. So cool. So cypherpunk.

You are an amazing human being, Jack! Congratulations. Bitcoin is hope.

I love to see this 🀌🀌🀌🀌

Hi, I would like to ask if you would be interested in supporting the production of micro SD cards that would be made from demagnetized iron meteorite? I have a utility model for them. They have a memory of 1 tb and a wi-fi function.

Are them going to have a decent documentation and be friendly to OSS third party boards like bitaxe

I love that block animation in the link preview on Damus.

Would love one as an end-user getting started!

This is wonderful progress. Can’t wait to see the products powered with it

How can Visa even hope to compete?

Will this be (or in the future will there be) consumer-friendly mining equipment? I think personal nodes and mining are essential to decentralization, and individuals need better tools to onboard. Currently the best solution is the FutureBit Apollo II, but I think Block has a unique opportunity here.

Sounds great! πŸ‘πŸ»

The Satoshi-ness of your vision will get you five-star reception at the Pearly Gates Jack

I was an early user of square when I started my first business about 15 years ago, as a food vendor in urban space markets in NYC. When square went public I had the opportunity to buy pre ipo shares at, I believe $9. I passed bc our business was growing and square tools no longer met our needs. The market place looked cluttered and I couldn't see how this company was going to grow. What I missed though, was how the company is laser focused on building out an ecosystem for people like me. They are constantly creating products that help individual operators and retail customers have a better experience and environment. And they do this in a unique way in the market place. Currently the POS landscape is cluttered with competitors. But no one is looking seriously at BTC and the problems it can solve for smb operators like me. I can only imagine the battles that @jack has had with cc companies over the years, but based on my own battles, I know this is part of what's fueling his need to build out more BTC infrastructure for the world. This is why I'm bullish SQ (block), and why I'm bullish BTC. I missed that pre IPO of sq all those years ago, but I will not miss it this time. Wall Street truly does not understand this company, which presents a buying opportunity for those of us that do understand what @jack is doing. Thank you for your work over these years, and being an inspiration to us all every day.

Really nice progress.
