Todays high was like around 94 so I was sweating like a motherfucker but always got water with me so it’s all good plus I take many breaks πŸ«‚πŸ’œ

I’m learning from YouTube proper stretching techniques lollll that’s how far I’ve been going hahaah in order to be able to walk more bc without stretching properly it gets pretty limiting
